Getting your business of the ground.

Good morning, it's a beautiful day and the beginning of a new week, a week filled with immense possibilities. What you will do with the gift of this new week, remember if you keep doing the same things then you will keep getting the same results, if you want to get different results then you have to do some thing different.



 Today I will be sharing with you how you can getting your business started ie how you can monetize the skill you acquire in cakes and confectioneries. Someone once said to me some many people are already in the business - it will be a waste of time for me to start. I beg to disagree, that others are in the business does not mean there is no place for YOU. You need to believe in your self and make sure your products are nice.

 Also what you make when you are learning are not meant for your consumption!!!! Yes you need to share them for your friends, colleagues, neighbors, people in your church/mosque and let them know you have started a home based confectionery business. The major advantage of starting your business in your home is the low start up capital required. You use the same gas cooker you use to cook for your family, you don't need to pay rent and since you are working from home, you can work at your own pace and in your own time. You can decided to bake when you kids have gone to bed or early before they wake up.

 Instead of giving gifts, why don't you give beautifully decorated cakes or mouth watering pastries and snack, you can get customers/clients amongst the guests at the events.

 Take advantage of social media, upload our works on sites like Facebook and reach out to another section of your friends and friends-friends.

 Make sure you follow recipes accurately to get good results and create a niche for your self in your sphere of contact.
