COOL OR CREEPY

I came across this cake today and I was stunned!!!!!!
A couple took "Till death do us part" to a new level with the concept of their wedding cake. See the cake below.

Looking at the cake, the most important thing I see is the brilliant and accurate representation of the couple's concept. Two severe bleeding heads on a board complete with blood is what I see, I doff my hat for whoever designed this cake. What do you see? Can you order a cake like this for any occasion?
