I just moved to Lagos from Port Harcourt with my family because my hubby got transferred here.
I have been out of job for sometime now and am thinking of baking.
I live in Ajah and being a new environment, I don't know of a good training school. Can you suggest any please?
Also,I need an oven that is good which uses gas and electricity. I will use same oven for my business later too. From experience, what product can you suggest please?

Nice to hear from you. Welcome to Lagos. There is a good training center in Ajah. I met the C.E.O in a cake exhibition and I like her work. Her business name is Mel Cakes. Google mel cakes to get her contact details.I use a locally fabricated oven. I had the option of having both electricity and gas but opted for only gas. I opted for locally fabricated because when I have to bake a wedding cake, I can bake all the tiers at once.
