NIGERIAN BUNS RECIPE



Ingredients:
Flour                              1 1/2 cups
Water                             1/4 cup
Sugar                            1/3 cup
Salt                                A pinch
Baking powder              1/2 teaspoon
Groundnut oil.               2 tablespoon
Groundnut oil.               Enough to deep fry the buns


Method:
Measure your dry ingredients into a bowl ( i.e. flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).
Add 2 tablespoons of groundnut oil.

Stir it together and add 1/4 cup of water.
Stir together, whisk the two eggs and add it. Stir it together until it is sticky and stretchy.

Cut small ball and deep fry on low heat until it is brown.

Enjoy delicious buns with your favorite beverage.

Tip: Did you know you can actually fry a lot of these delicious buns and keep them in your freezer? Any time you want some just pop them into the microwave for 3-5 mins and you are good to go.
