PUFF-PUFF RECIPE

Puff-Puff is one of the easiest snacks to make and it is simply delicious. It is a spongy fluffy snack.
To make puff-puff just follow these simple steps.

Ingredients



Flour
4.5 cups of flour
Yeast
1 tablespoon of yeast
Sugar
5 tablespoon of sugar 
Water

Method:
1) Add the yeast to lukewarm water 
2) Add the sugar and stir.
3) leave it until you see bubbles rising on the mixture. (This is just to prove that the yeast is active)


4) Add the yeast, sugar and water solution to the flour, stir with a spoon until it forms a paste. 

 

5) Cover with a clean napkin and place in a cool place until it doubles its size.

  

  
6) Cut into small balls and deep fry . Scoop into a sieve to remove excess oil.

 

Enjoy hot delicious puff puff.
