Buttercream recipe 1
Ingredients:
Margarine/butter 250g
Icing sugar 500g
Any clear flavor 5 ml
Milk 1 tablespoon
Method
Cream your margarine or butter until it is fluffy, turn the speed of your mixer to the lowest and gradually add the icing sugar. Increase the speed of the mixer and cream, add 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of flavor. Cream until it is smooth and fluffy.
This can cover an 8" cake.
You can color buttercream by adding any color of your choice. Paste colors give best results.

ReplyDeleteI nor get pishures if you follow instructions you go get results. Buttercream is very easy to make.
